The Founder’s Vision

The idea behind 90 Second Drama was born from a simple belief: great stories do not have to be long to be powerful. The founder envisioned a new kind of entertainment platform built for today’s audiences — people who want compelling stories of diverse people of color, about their stories, they can watch anytime, anywhere, without committing to an hour-long episode. 90 Second Drama brings together love, betrayal, family conflict, suspense, crime, comedy, mystery, military and unexpected twists in short, professionally produced stories designed to capture your attention from the very first moment. For over 40 years I have been a filmmaker and software designer; our website will showcase films from around the world.

I set out to create a new internet platform that could be used around the world. I could not afford to buy all the digital tools I needed, so I created them myself. The goal is not simply to make shorter videos, but to create a new storytelling format where every second matters and every episode leaves the audience wanting more. The platform is designed for all filmmakers and content creators to have a home to show their creations to the world.
